Todd Markman

Carolyn has been working in insurance for 20 years. She started with the Todd Markman Agency in 2013. She loves working in Wilmette because it is a very busy office. Carolyn enjoys helping and advising customers on everything from Renters, Condo and Homeowners to Business and Life Insurance. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and watching dramas from Turkey. Carolyn is fluent in Assyrian and is teaching herself to speak Arabic. Her biggest joy is playing with her dog, Roby.

Ariela Palomino is excited to join our team and help customers learn about their options when selecting auto and home insurance. She is especially happy to have her life insurance license so she can educate customers from the Latino community about those benefits. Ariela has had this goal since she worked in the finance industry, noting that many immigrants never had an opportunity to save for the future because they lived paycheck to paycheck. Our team is thrilled to have a new member who is fluent in Spanish! Ariela loves to knit and crochet – but most especially, spend time with her son, Elias.

Lucas joined our team after working as a 6th grade social studies teacher. He's excited about using his teaching skills to help customers understand their insurance options. When he's not working, Lucas loves to work out, play basketball, hike, and spend time with friends and family.

Sally has been working for State Farm for 51 years! She began her insurance career working with agent Ji Lee. Sally came to the Todd Markman Agency (along with her coworker, Carolyn Oshana) in 2013. Sally loves that she has known some of her customers for 40-50 years, and that she has been able to advise and look out for them all this time. Sally can help with your Auto and Homeowners policies and more. When she’s not working, Sally enjoys walking, sewing, and spending time with her great-nieces and great-nephews.

Joy has been with State Farm since 1994, when she began working for Agent Mike Markman (yes, Todd’s dad!) She had answered a “help wanted” ad in the newspaper. Joy worked for Mike until he retired in 2014, and immediately started working for Agent Todd Markman. Joy remembers when Todd sat in front of her in Mike’s office while he was in training, sometimes helping him learn the ropes. Joy’s favorite part of the job is building relationships with customers. She can answer your questions on every Insurance product. When she’s not working, Joy loves spending time with her granddaughter and bike riding.

This is Cori Dorsey, the incredible Office Manager at our Northbrook office. Cori is extremely knowledgeable about State Farm and knows our products inside out. Cori is a great listener and is terrific at defining a customer's needs and taking care of them quickly. Cori has been working with State Farm for 15 years and especially loves helping people with Life Insurance.

Chris has been at State Farm since November of 2021, after working for five years in the commercial real estate industry. Chris enjoys helping customers find the protection they need. Additionally, Chris truly believes in State Farm products, and finds it gratifying to see the company's efficient claims process take good care of his customers. In his free time, Chris loves to play golf and spend time with friends and family.

Kesley’s insurance career started at a small independent agency in Georgia. From there, she became a licensed agent in all lines, starting to work at State Farm in 2019. Kesley is very friendly and outgoing, which makes her excellent at providing customer service. Kesley is enjoying her two-month-old baby boy, Morgan. When she’s not working or being a mom, Kesley volunteers at her local library and loves training hard as a trail runner.

Min's friendly greeting is usually the first thing you hear when you call our Northbrook office. Min has been a licensed insurance agent since 2020, when she began working at State Farm. Min originally trained to be a teacher, has a very sunny personality and speaks fluent Korean - all of which make her exceptional at providing customer service. Min's hobbies include travel and dining at fine restaurants.
